Women’s
Yoga & Snowboarding Retreat

Wanaka, New Zealand

24th August - 2nd September 2026

10 Days/ 9 Nights

Designed for Feminine Flow

This retreat is designed with women in mind, embracing the natural rhythms of the feminine body, and celebrating how our bodies move, adapt, and rise when we’re supported, nourished, and at ease.

Intentionally combining yoga flows, nourishing food, mindful practices with the adventure and adrenaline of snow sports to explore your strength and capability, softly.

You’ll find yourself shredding, flowing, and feeling stronger than you imagined, all while soaking in the beauty of New Zealand’s snow-covered peaks, and making some new pals along the way.

Sound like your kind of adventure?

Pack your thermals, we’re going to the snow!

Ready to Trust Yourself?

This retreat is for...

  • Women who crave adventure, but don’t want to do it alone.

  • The ones ready to lean into curiosity, and support one another down the slopes.

  • The women who love movement, crisp mountain air, a good herbal tea and deep chat after a day of play.

Each day brings a balance of movement, reflection, and adventure, so you can feel relaxed, both on and off the board.

Over 10 days in the breathtaking alpine region of New Zealand’s South Island, we’ll blend:

  • Gentle Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to prepare and restore the body

  • Guided snowboarding lessons designed for beginners and early intermediates

  • Reflection, meditation, and ceremony to integrate the lessons of the mountain

  • A two-hour lakeside sauna experience to melt it all into peace and presence

Daily Rhythm

Each day unfolds with flow. Structured but spacious.

A sample day might look like:

- Evening Yin Yoga and an early night for the next day’s adventure

Two full days (as well as your arrival and departure days) are kept open for rest, sightseeing, hiking, and spontaneous adventures around Wanaka and its incredible surroundings.

This is not a party trip. It’s early mornings, lots of movement, many warm beverages, and deep rest.

Hi, I’m Jules.

Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, Travel Agent, collector of many hobbies.

I’ve chased adventure all over the world, from working on superyachts, freediving with sharks, swimming with humpbacks, to spending over a year van-lifing around Australia. Travel has taught me to let go of control, laugh at the chaos, and savour the little moments.

My snow season in Japan, though… that was a ride. I went over with my (now ex) boyfriend, shaky on my board, full of fear, surrounded by people that were much more experienced and much less nervous. I was constantly comparing myself, pushing through, pretending to be confident when really I was a bit of a mess. It wasn’t until I joined a girls’ ride day that it finally clicked. No pressure, no comparison. My body could finally relax, and finding my flow state was a breeze. I didn’t even realize how much tension I was holding until I was in a space safe enough to let it go.

I’m here to bring those supportive, light-hearted vibes to you, combining my passion for yoga and wellness with the flow state of adrenaline and adventure.

With 5 years of travel industry experience under my belt, I know exactly what it takes to craft a trip that is smooth, efficiently organised, and balanced.

I can’t wait to take you on this ride!

FAQs

I’ve never done any snow sports before - will this be suitable?

Absolutely! This retreat is designed for beginner and early intermediate riders. Your first two days on the snow include lessons with a professional instructor, so you’ll be in safe, supportive hands

Can I come if I’m not a beginner?

Yes! All levels are welcome. You’ll be placed in a lesson group that matches your ability, so you can focus on fine-tuning your riding. Outside of lessons, you’re free to explore and ride at your own pace.

Can I ski instead?

This one’s for the snowboarders, but if you’d like to know about future retreats that include both skiing and snowboarding, drop us an email and we’ll keep you in the loop.

What if I’ve never done yoga before?

No worries at all. Our yoga sessions are gentle, inclusive, and beginner-friendly, with plenty of options to ensure you get what you need out of the practice. No flexibility or experience required, just bring yourself and an open mind.

What food can I expect? Will my dietary requirements be catered for?

All food that is included in your retreat (breakfasts and dinners) will be vegetarian. Other dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc) can be catered for. Please let us know of your dietary requirements and allergies in your application form.

Our meals will be freshly cooked, with a focus on whole foods that are nutrient dense, nourishing and locally sourced. Breakfast daily will be a spread of fresh bread, eggs, yoghurt, muesli, fruits, seeds and spreads, while dinners will change each night. You can expect protein-full and exciting creations- think beans, grains, tofu, green leafy veg, seeds and all the good stuff to keep your energy up (and of course some cheeky desserts, because you deserve a sweet treat).

Lunches will be your own responsibility - there is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from our property that you can grab some supplies, or there are plenty of cafes on the mountain to fuel up on the day.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

You will need a yoga mat for the retreat, it is recommended that you bring your own, however, if you would prefer to rent one, that can be organised for you - just let us know ahead of time.

Can I come alone?

Yes!! So many women come solo. It’s one of the best ways to make new friends and connect deeply. If this is your first solo trip, you’ll be fully supported in a held, safe, and fun environment. We’ll also have a group chat before the trip where you can ask questions, share travel plans, and get excited together.

I’m stressed about what to pack!

We’ve got you covered. Most of the bulky gear (board, boots, helmet, etc.) can be hired in Wanaka, so don’t stress if you don’t own it. Closer to the retreat, you’ll get a full packing list and plenty of guidance to make sure you’ve got everything you need.

How do I get to Wanaka?

The closest airport is Queenstown International Airport, just 60 minutes away. Transfers between Queenstown Airport and Wanaka are included on the first and last day of the retreat. Simply share your flight details and we’ll coordinate your ticket.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?

Definitely! You’re welcome to explore more of beautiful New Zealand before or after the retreat. Airport transfers are only included on the official start and end dates, but we’re happy to help you with recommendations or logistics for extra nights.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. It must include snow sports and emergency evacuation. Please send a copy of your policy at least 3 weeks before departure. We’ll share a list of preferred insurers at the time of booking to make it easy for you.
